TSA FUNDING CLOSE. CONGRESS DOESN’T WANT TO HAVE TO FLY WITH THEIR CONSTITUENTS

To: Rep. Pfluger, Sen. Cruz, Sen. Cornyn

From: A verified voter in Mason, TX

March 24

Well that was surprising quick. For you guys anyway. Looks like a deal might be in the works to pay TSA employees. Without giving ICE even more funding with which to stand around airports making people nervous. But the pragmatic cynic might wonder if this had something to do with it… “On Tuesday, Delta Air Lines confirmed it was suspending its specialty services for members of Congress amid the shutdown, meaning those who fly with the carrier will be treated like other passengers based on their SkyMiles status. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution first reported the suspension. Delta’s Capital Desk reservations line still remains open.” Y’all wouldn’t have liked the actual everyday reality of flying these days huh?
