The president must be impeached and removed from office

To: Rep. Van Duyne, Sen. Cornyn, Sen. Cruz

From: A constituent in Dallas, TX

April 8

Article 2 Section 4 of the Constitution states, “The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.” The president publicly stated his desire wipe out an entire culture, the definition of genocide. His administration has knowingly, purposely, committed multiple war crimes. The president has blatantly taken multiple bribes. This president and this Republican administration have repeatedly breached the public trust, to the great detriment to the country. This administration’s conscious actions have weakened America in the eyes of Iran, the Middle East, our allies, and the world. If genocide and rampant bribery do not constitute “high crimes and misdemeanors,” what does? This president and members of his administration must be impeached and removed from office for the good of our country. Every day you do not act to remove this entire administration makes you complicit in its crimes. My wife and I urge you to impeach and remove from office this president. His administration is an existential threat to our republic.
