I ask that the Senator support S. 1498, the HONEST Act, with an amendment to remove the carve-out that protects Trump and J.D. Vance. Elected officials and their family should not be allowed to trade individual stock, the potential for corruption and self-dealing is too great. Thank you for your time and consideration.
