I am writing to demand immediate action on three critical constitutional safeguards to prevent executive overreach: Automatic Sunsets requiring military action to expire in 48 hours without a Congressional vote. Judicial Fast-Tracking requiring the Supreme Court to hear challenges to executive actions within 72 hours. Restoring the Power of the Purse by criminalizing the use of funds for any war not authorized by Congress. We must protect the Republic and the Constitut ion by ensuring "We the People" and our representatives have a seat at the table.
