If a person doesn't know if he is duty bound to uphold The Constitution, after swearing an oath to do just that, then that person is unfit for the role and Must be removed. If a person doesn't accept that everyone in our country has the right to due process that was established by The Constitution, then that person is unfit for public office and should be removed. This applies to Trump and Noem and I suspect everyone who works for them.
