According to multiple credible reports, pregnant women in ICE detention have been denied adequate food, water, sleeping conditions, toilets, medicine, and timely medical care. And in some cases, women have suffered miscarriages while in custody. You have the power and responsibility to conduct oversight, bear witness, and demand transparency. If conditions are humane, ICE should have nothing to hide. Visit ICE detention centers and investigate how pregnant women — and others in custody — are being treated. You are all about the babies, right?
