I’m asking you to stand up for the constitution & Due Process. ICE’s unchecked violent actions across the US are Unconstitutional and inhumane. ICE’s rapid expansion with a ballooning budget and minimal oversight has outpaced accountability and must be reined in. Innocent people are being murdered and terrorized on American soil and you have the power to stand up and say NO MORE! American’s rights are being violated by ICE hourly, as many “legal” US Citizens are being racially profiled, targeted, abused, and detained without justifiable cause. Entering the US illegally is a misdemeanor, not a felony. Simply being unlawfully present in the United States, for things like overstaying a visa isn’t even a federal crime, it’s is a civil offense. Where is the DUE PROCESS? This HOOSIER says No to more ICE Funding!
