Rather than moving backwards by stripping away hard-won reproductive rights, we should be working to expand access to comprehensive reproductive healthcare and education. I strongly urge you to reject this unconstitutional attack on bodily autonomy that would endanger pregnant people while doing nothing to address the systemic issues that lead to abortion. Our priorities should be improving maternal healthcare, providing affordable childcare and parental leave, and enacting policies that empower families rather than controlling people's personal medical decisions.
