Tell DHS they need to share The massive expansion of ICE and CBP from the border was a legal experiment that must be scaled back after we saw how far they went in Minnesota. The Constitution, including the Second Amendment, is not optional. Sharing their money within DHS to defend the homeland from increasing foreign threats isn't too much to ask. Demand it and get everyone paid.
