The ability of the judiciary to halt illegal or unconstitutional government action is key in maintaining our checks and balances. This is a crucial check against executive overreach. The No Rogue Rulings Act would undermine that balance at a time when the executive branch is clearly working to consolidate authority. I urge you to oppose this act, and to oppose measures to further consolidate power in the executive branch. Maintain our constitutional system of checks and balances, for our sake and for the future of our nation. Do not allow us to go further down the path of authoritarianism
