I write to express deep concern regarding recent claims emerging from a Substack post titled “Second Whistleblower: Receipts Attached. The NSA Audited the 2024 Election. Kamala Won.” Although the full details are not publicly accessible, social media coverage indicates that a second whistleblower has come forward with purported documents—or “receipts”—alleging that the National Security Agency audited the 2024 presidential election results and that Vice President Kamala Harris was the rightful winner. Such extraordinary claims, if credible, would strike at the core of our democratic process. Even in the absence of comprehensive documentation, these allegations merit thorough examination to preserve public faith in our elections. I respectfully urge you and your colleagues to support or initiate: 1. An immediate and independent congressional inquiry Through appropriate oversight mechanisms such as a hearing or an investigative subcommittee, Congress should request that the whistleblower—or their legal counsel—provide any supporting evidence, including the “receipts” mentioned. 2. Confirmation of NSA involvement (if any) Clarify whether the NSA, or any federal entity, performed an audit or verification of the 2024 election results. If so, under whose authority, via what mechanisms, and what were the findings? 3. Examination of the election outcome data If there exists credible evidence that the declared results differ from an official audit, Congress should facilitate a forensic review—comparing audit logs, voter data, and chain-of-custody documentation—to determine accuracy. 4. Transparent public reporting Once the facts are established, findings should be published comprehensively to restore or reinforce confidence in the integrity of our democratic processes. While the available information is limited, the importance of this matter compels prompt, impartial review.
