I'm disgusted with the amount of money being spent on elections and I'm sure you wish you didn't have to spend so much time fundraising. The most salient issue across the political spectrum right now is trusting that politicians are representing people and not corporations, PACs, foreign governments, or their own pockets. Please 1) reform campaign finance laws 2) take a personal integrity pledge not to accept PAC money or trade stocks and 3) hold your colleagues accountable to doing the same. We're tired of watching money and power corrupt our politics and we want leaders with integrity who will work with each other to create a better America. Make us proud.
