I am writing with profound concern regarding the fitness of President Donald J. Trump to continue serving in the highest office of our nation. Recent revelations in the unsealed Jeffrey Epstein files clearly indicate that President Trump is mentioned multiple times in connection with Epstein, a convicted sex offender whose crimes against children are among the most heinous imaginable. It is now further apparent that President Trump has actively sought to cover up his involvement and block the full release and investigation of these records for months. We cannot allow anyone—especially our sitting president—to evade justice or hide associations with sex crimes and child exploitation. The attempt to conceal connections to Epstein’s sex trafficking network constitutes both an abuse of power and a grave threat to the rule of law, public trust, and the safety of vulnerable individuals. Any coverup of sex offenses or attempts to obstruct investigations into such matters is utterly unacceptable and must not be tolerated. In addition to these deeply disturbing allegations, President Trump has already been convicted of 34 felony counts related to falsifying business records. These convictions, alongside his well-documented acts of obstruction of justice and incitement of insurrection, further underscore his disregard for law and ethical standards. For the protection of our democracy and the moral integrity of our nation, Congress must act. I strongly urge you to begin immediate impeachment proceedings against President Trump. No person, especially one implicated in sex crimes and convicted of multiple felonies, should be allowed to lead this country. The world is watching. Please act without delay!
