Dear Governor, 1 urge you to lead a coalition of Democratic Governors to counter the growing threat of federal overreach and deliberate government sabotage. Elon Musk now controls the Treasury payment system, giving him unchecked power over federal funds. Meanwhile, Donald Trump and his allies are working to dismantle federal agencies-from USAID to the Department of Education-in order to enrich themselves and leave America as a hollowed-out husk. We need a unified Blue-State Emergency Coalition to: Coordinate legal challenges against unconstitutional federal actions. Declare a collective State of Emergency to protect state resources. V Refuse cooperation with unlawful federal directives. This is not about partisanship-it's about defending democracy and economic stability. We must act before it's too late. Will you take action?
