I am one of your constituents and I am a federal employee. I am writing today to urge you to SUPPORT the Protect America’s Workforce Act, which would restore the collective bargaining rights of federal workers, which Donald Trump tried to strip from us with a 2025 executive order. The House passed the Protect America’s Workforce Act, but the Senate version still hasn’t made it out of committee. As of the end of 2025, the Senate bill had 48 co-sponsors. Please push your Senate colleagues to move this bill forward out of committee and put it to a vote in the Senate. Please seek additional YES votes from your colleagues to get this passed. Federal workers are counting on you. We must have our labor rights protected so that we can continue to serve the American people.
