We must stop DHS from its lawless actions. The idea that the department is providing “Homeland Security” is the complete opposite of what they are doing. I am extremely distressed by the killings of Renee Good and Alex Pretti. If CBP and ICE can do whatever they want while the highest officials in our country blatantly lie about it, falsely profess that these masked men have absolute immunity for these murders, label the victims terrorists, and presumably lay the groundwork for invoking the Insurrection Act, we are plunging into a very dark place indeed. Cut off the money to these agencies! More impactfully, immediately introduce legislation that will: 1) unmask the agents, 2) require judicial warrants, 3) install an unbiased IG, 4) require that agents involved in killings be suspended while the incidents are investigated, 5) require that local law enforcement get timely access to evidence after these horrific events.
