Please ask the Senator to oppose a clean reauthorization of Section 702 of FISA. Section 702’s numerous loopholes allow for unwarranted government surveillance and can be easily manipulated at the expense of Americans’ civil liberties. I ask the Senator to only support an extension with warrant requirements and the data broker loophole closed.
