. Stop HB 4283 I don’t agree with Ken Paxton or even the state administration being able to override local laws and have complete power of municipals. This bill also waste taxpayers money like myself. It will block funding for road schools and safety and I don’t see how that’s good for anybody or even the state. I also believe in cities right? I also believe in I cities rights also believe in my local government and my beloved city of Austin and this bill will allow them to veto any decisions my city makes. We are part of Texas we are, but we are also a city that should be allowed to have local laws and be somewhat autonomous. If this bill passes, the people that can leave Austin will leave Austin and the state.
