I am writing to demand that you immediately enforce the law and uphold your constitutional oversight authority by compelling the Department of Justice to release all files related to Jeffrey Epstein.
Congress does not merely have the power to conduct oversight—it has the obligation. That obligation means using every tool available to ensure compliance when the executive branch refuses to follow the law. If the Department of Justice is withholding records or ignoring lawful subpoenas, then Congress must act decisively and without delay.
You must compel the full release of the Epstein files in accordance with federal law. The American people have a right to transparency, especially in a case involving systemic abuse, powerful connections, and years of unanswered questions. Continued secrecy only erodes trust and raises legitimate concerns about who is being protected.
You must also enforce compliance with congressional subpoenas. If Pam Bondi—or any official—refuses to appear or provide testimony, Congress must pursue enforcement actions to the fullest extent of its authority. Subpoenas are not suggestions. Ignoring them cannot be tolerated in a functioning democracy.
The survivors of Epstein’s crimes have already endured unimaginable suffering. Many have spent years seeking accountability in the face of powerful institutions and individuals. They deserve more than words—they deserve action. Justice delayed any further is justice denied.
This is a test of whether Congress is willing to uphold the rule of law or allow obstruction and silence to prevail. The American people are watching.
Enforce the subpoenas. Compel the release of the files. Deliver justice for the survivors.
