ICE is, and has been, out of control. You've seen it. You've heard about it. Your constituents don't want anymore of our tax dollars spent on this agency without controls. Too many citizens, practicing their First Amendment rights, have been injured/maimed by overzealous ICE agents. It has to stop. NOW! No more money for ICE or CBP until there are rules in place to protect your constituents.
