I’m writing to urge Governor Healey to investigate and publicly condemn the recent alleged ICE detentions of international students and visa holders for engaging in protected political speech. These actions—forced disappearances without due process—are unconstitutional and deeply alarming. I ask the Governor to take immediate steps to protect the civil liberties of residents in Massachusetts and beyond.
