Thank you for your decades of service to our nation. Your dedication is commendable, sir. That said, we’re at a crucial point in our country’s history, where the other side is not playing by the same rules. I believe we need a fierce fighter to fend off the many threats to democracy the republicans are attempting. I urge you to pass the torch to your vice president, or release your delegates to an open convention. This isn’t a failure on your part; rather it’s the strategic thing to do against a ruthless republican onslaught of our rights. We NEED to win. While I know you were the best candidate in 2020, I don’t believe the same is true today. Again, I thank you wholeheartedly for your many years of service and your contributions to our democratic causes. But now isn’t the time for ego. Preserve your legacy by stepping aside.
