Noncitizens voting is not an issue in American elections. The save act will disenfranchise Americans of all ages and races. Many do not have the appropriate documents, such as a birth certificate that matches their last name for women who are married or a passport. This act will inject chaos into election administration and place a massive unfunded burden on state and local election officials. One version prohibits universal mail voting (WHY), purges every 30 days, restrictive accepted IDs. For so many obvious reasons, THIS ACT SOLVES NOTHING. DO NOT VOTE FOR THE SAVE ACT!
