I am horrified by the lack of leadership by the house and senate. Our rights as citizens are being taken away and our leaders are simply going along with it. ALL must have due process, I do not care if someone is in the mafia- all deserve the right to a trial. That is one of THE founding principles of what made America great. The fact citizens are mistakenly getting deported and those deported without due process is the death of our country’s strong foundation of liberty and justice for all. What is up with ICE raiding private residences without warrants? I do not remember this being 1940’s Germany. Why haven’t we learned our lesson already? Donald Trump and his administration is dangerous to all, no matter your political affiliation. The stripping of rights to some ends with the stripping of rights for all. I implore you to do something about the flagrant disregard of this nation’s constitution and I implore your fellow members to begin the impeachment process. Do what is right and be on the right side of history. This is not Republican vs. Democrat, but the saving of our country so we can continue to have the right to agree to disagree for future generations. Thank you.
