Please vote NO on Amendment 6840 because it: 1. Strips out the statutory right to fertility treatment and contraceptives. 2. Elevates the state's criminal abortion statute, declaring that life begins at fertilization. 3. Endangers access to IVF, IUDs, and other common forms of birth control. 4. Introduces language that could chill fertility care and open up legal challenges to reproductive medicine. Let's be clear, this amendment guts the purpose of HB 533. It removes the protections families desperately need and introduces dangerous legal ambiguity for anyone seeking or providing fertility care. Instead, vote YES on HB 533. Thank you.
