These UPS devices are classified as "optional components" in election documentation, which means firmware updates bypass certification entirely — no testing, no monitoring, no approval required. That is an open door into the heart of our vote-counting infrastructure. The questions here are specific and verifiable. In North Carolina, Trump received 5.5% more votes than other Republicans on the same ballot while Harris received 1.8% fewer than other Democrats — a pattern called "bullet ballots" that standard fraud-detection tools like Benford's Law are designed to miss. The Heritage Foundation's own chief statistician Kevin Dayaratna published a paper in November 2024 confirming that a fixed-percentage vote shift across all precincts would be "almost surely rendered undetectable" by standard methods.
