I don’t even know where to start with the President’s out-of-touch-with-the-reality-of-American’s-lives statement that the federal government can’t fund daycare because we started a war with Iran, especially when followed up by Marco Rubio’s calling out Iran for spending their wealth on bombs and the military instead of helping its people. “Imagine what a different country it would be.” That’s what I imagine for our country. How much better the quality of life would be for all of us – not just the plutocrats – if we were spending our wealth on our people instead of on bombs, the military, and ICE.
