Thank you for cosponsoring S.2837, the Protect America’s Workforce Act. I am a federal employee in the Department of Veterans Affairs. The Trump administration is trying to strip federal workers of our collective bargaining rights. The negative impact on the morale of dedicated civil servants is hard to overstate. Thank you for supporting the labor rights of nonpartisan civil service employees, including healthcare workers like me who care for our nation’s veterans. Please continue to strongly support the passage of the Protect America’s Workforce Act by actively working with your Senate colleagues to garner more “yes” votes and get this law passed.
