I just saw the vote for the continuing budget resolution. While I am extremely disappointed, and frankly pissed off, that ANY democrats voted for it, I want to send a letter of appreciation that my elected officials held the line and did what your constituents wanted. It’s inexcusable that your colleagues voted for such a harmful resolution and am sickened to know they are not the ones who will suffer the most severe consequences for their actions. Please continue to resist and fight back against the harm being done by this administration. I know I am not alone in saying that I would rather see you shut down the government and do everything you can to hold this administration responsible vs giving in. So thank you for listening to your constituents.
