I am writing as a constituent who is outraged and deeply alarmed.
The President’s behavior toward other nations has become reckless, destabilizing, and dangerous. His repeated statements about taking control of Greenland — treating sovereign territory as a personal acquisition — were not a joke. They signaled a willingness to ignore international law, diplomacy, and basic norms of global order.
At the same time, his administration’s actions in Venezuela — including overt interference, threats of force, and attempts to impose U.S. control over another nation’s political future — have escalated humanitarian suffering and destabilized an entire region. This is not leadership; it is imperial behavior masquerading as strength.
Combined with his destruction of environmental protections at home, this President is making the United States a threat — not a partner — to the rest of the world. I am ashamed of what we are projecting internationally, and I am terrified of where this trajectory leads.
This is exactly why impeachment exists. The President’s conduct demonstrates contempt for democratic norms, international law, and the long-term survival of the planet. He needs to be removed from office.
Your job is not to protect him. Your job is to protect the Constitution and the people — including future generations who will live with the consequences of your inaction.
Act. Speak publicly. Support impeachment. History is watching, and so am I.
