I want to voice my opposition for deregulating the Austin and San Antonio markets energy companies. This will bring undue cost and not improve rates. I have lived in other cities in Texas, and I know the difference in terms of what I paid. The City of Austin and San Antonio should be able to keep their energy companies and not have forced deregulation. Republicans for many years have fought big government and overreach, and this strikes me as Republicans creating big government and committing overreach. I am opposed to legislation in this direction
