I hold in my hand and invoice for unpaid tolls worth over $34. I have an iPass account. However, this invoice is noticeably different in one way; it is much much more expensive. I certainly cannot afford this right now. The endless construction added on top of this is an insult to me as a human being and a veteran who served this country honorably. The toll roads generate more revenue than you could possibly imagine, yet you hiked taxes and fees which affect the lower class like myself disproportionately. As a veteran, I have to frequent the toll roads to get to the VA and back. They reimburse $24, only a literal fraction of this invoice which was the trip to and from. Why am I being sent invoices? Why isn’t my iPass account being charged? You SHMUCKS, embezzling and extorting us for our HARD-EARNED money. You’re no government for the people. Hell, you’re even losing the Chicago Bears. How in the WORLD do you alienate your professional sports team anyways?!
