With Donald Trump making posts about being a king, we need our leaders and representatives to actively and loudly push back against these claims. They cannot be allowed to sit for any period of time and allowed to fester. His administration has already pushed our constitution to the edge and the people are afraid. We marched in the thousands to show what this means to us and we as a people need you to support us. It’s insulting that we keep getting requests for fundraising when I see so many Democrats just giving up and not doing everything in their power to stand up to this monster. Your constituents need to see the push back. We need hope. We need to see the same fire we saw in those marching in the streets reflected in our representatives and leaders. No more nice speeches, no more consolatory behavior. Fight like our lives and liberty depends on it, because it looks like it might.
