Do not confirm Kash Patel. Not only doesn't he have any relevant qualifications – other than blind loyalty to Trump. In the past, he has falsely accused marginalized groups of wrongdoing, attacked their rights and he had spread debunked conspiracy theories regarding undocumented people. In '22, Patel appeared in before a Washington grand jury investigating Trump’s hoarding of classified documents at Mar-a-Lago only after receiving immunity for his testimony. Patel have even pushed officials to declassify information that would harm national security and the military which I find unacceptable as a prior military family. Do not confirm this disgrace of a person into this role he is not qualified for.
