Trump said to David Sanger of The New York Times, while on Air Force One, on his way back from Beijing on Friday: “I had a total military victory. But the fake news, guys like you, write incorrectly. You’re a fake guy. We had a total military victory. I actually think it’s sort of treasonous what you write. You should be ashamed of yourself. I actually think it’s treason.” His use of the pronoun “I.” instead of “we” had a military victory demonstrates his blantant narcissism. It disrespects the entire military who actually carry out the very difficult missions. It shows a lack of respect for all the civilians who support the military. “His” war in Iran has been anything but a victory. His delusions and deceptions about the war have reached the comical stage. IF we have had a total victory, why are military units in the region? The president has said ‘we don’t need’ the Strait of Hormuz. He said ‘total military victory’. So, please tell me WHAT objectives the U.S. actually accomplished and why the cross talk with ‘we won’ with continued threats to continue offensive action. It’s such a convoluted mess, I’d really like to know how YOU interpret this situation. Thus far you have ignored explaining this --- WHY can’t you explain the situation?? I want a response!
