Investigate conditions at Fort Bliss and all at ICE detention centers. Reports continue to emerge of torture, sexual abuse, beatings, limited access to healthcare food, sanitary items and more. As the only people in this country authorized to inspect and give oversight to these facilities I urge you to demand accountability, transparency and record keeping in these facilities. They most not continue to be a black void that people disappear into without warrant, legal council, judicial oversight or recourse. It is shocking and appalling that anything like this could be allowed on US soil but here we are. Don’t let the death, disease and mental anguish of tens of thousands of people, including infants and toddlers continue unseen. Thank you,
