The Big Beautiful Bill has ugly consequences. It is unwise and I'll advised. Only someone who does not care about Louisiana would vote for it. 1. This is reconciliation bill will add over $4.5 trillion (TRILLION) dollars to the deficit. It is not fiscally responsible to pass it. 2. The bill provides tax cuts to people who do not need them. Instead of asking billionaires and large companies to pay their fair share it transfers wealth to them. Tax the rich! Income inequality levels mirro pre- revolutionary France. But you have theh power to change that. 3. The bill hurts the most vulnerable people. By cutting Medicaid and SNAP and imposing unworkable and unacceptable requirements upon these it programs the reconciliation bill will hurt the people of Louisiana. You know very well that almost 40% of our people are on Medicaid and we rely on SNAP. Lisa Murkowski has gotten special carve outs for Alalska - what about Louisiana? We need Medicaid and SNAP. 4. This bill is a dream killer and will hurt higher education. By capping Grad Plus loans and eliminating studentsl loan payment altetnatives this bill will kille the dreams of our young people. It will hurt the universities and lead to brain drain. This is NOT the solution to college costs. Public investment is. Do not touch student loans. 5. This bill will kill the emerging solar energy sector and drive costs sfor elelctricity up. If you want to stay in office you need to represent our interests. What are you doing? Instead of being Trump's lap dog and a leech fight for the people of Louisiana. You must do everything in your power to stop the reconciliation bill. Kill this bill!
