Section 502B of the Foreign Assistance Act (FAA) – Prohibits security assistance to any country with a consistent pattern of gross human rights violations. 2. Arms Export Control Act (AECA) – Allows U.S. weapons sales only for purposes like self-defense or internal security. Israel's use of U.S. weapons to maintain occupation and commit potential war crimes in Gaza, West Bank, Lebanon, and Iran violates this act. 3. Convention on the Prevention & Punishment of the Crime of Genocide – Based on a 2007 ICJ ruling, nations must prevent genocide using all means available. Since Israel uses U.S. weapons in its genocide, the U.S. is failing its duty and bears responsibility. 4. Article 1 of the 1949 Geneva Conventions – Prohibits transferring weapons when there is a clear risk they will be used to violate international humanitarian law. 5. Articles on Responsibility of States for Internationally Wrongful Acts – Article 16 makes a state responsible for aiding another's wrongful act if done with knowledge. Article 41 requires states to cooperate to end serious breaches of international law and not assist in them. 6.
