I am writing as your constituent to urge you to vote against the so-called Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act (SAVE Act). This Trump-backed bill is being sold as election security, but it will create unnecessary barriers for eligible voters and undermine confidence in our democratic process. Voters are not asking for more red tape or partisan messaging around elections. We are asking for fair access, secure systems, and leadership that strengthens participation, not restricts it. This bill does the opposite. Please vote no. Your constituents are paying attention, and we know a bad bill when we see one.
