I learned today Tim Cotton lives in virgin. His kids are born in Virginia. His wife is a Virgina lawyer. Tom doesn’t own property in Arkansas, but maintains an apartment in Little Rock. Who is Tom Cotton and why is he representing Arkansas? I don’t think he will be much longer. He’s no longer Arkansan. Just a guaranteed vote for Trump and a drain on taxpayers.
