Objection to New Arch I object to President Trump's new planned Arch. I don't want a new arch that is going to disturb the classic view into our Capital. I don't want an arch that disturbs the post-Civil War memorial plan. But, most of all, I object to this type of memorial to a sitting, living President .... ESPECIALLY President Trump. Hoosiers don't support that kind of brash conceit and arrogance. Time will tell whether President Trump deserves a memorial like that. But, if / when if happens, it SHOULD NOT desecrate memorials to his predecessors or our veterans.
