Rubio is controlling and managing Venezuela like an imperial leader. The US has taken $8Billion in Venezuela oil. What is the US treasury doing with that money? Where is the transparency and accountability?? The US , with $8billion in Venezuelan oil money pledges $150 million for earthquake assistance. Where is the transparency and accountability?? I oppose the US willfully taking over another control and controlling its politics and natural resources like it a satellite country in a US sphere!! I oppose the ideology of global spheres of influence !! Denounce Trump meddling in other countries for political and economic exploitation!!!
