I have an audacity of hope- hope that you will uphold your oath to protect ur Constitution, our democracy, the American public vs your own limited and selfish interests. I have the audacity of hope that God will soften your heart and allow the scales to fall from your eyes so that you might embrace empathy and compassion for your fellow children of God. I have the audacity of hope to believe that you will ACT the Republican rhetoric of family values, fiscal responsibility, states rights, Constitutional patriots and defenders of democracies. Get ICE and the national Guard out of American cities. This is a gross EXECUTIVE overstep. Wrest back Congressional control of the purse strings from Trump's handlers. Support the Democrats Continuing Resolution, because it allows for the expenditures that will help American families. INCLUDE the Constitution's Exceptions Clause to limit the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court. Congress must not accept any CR that does not include an exceptions clause to limit the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court. If the CR does not include an exceptions clause, Trump can sue all the way up to the Supreme Court who will allow him to usurp the power of the purse from Congress so he can spend tax dollars or hold tax dollars as leverage as he sees fit to do or get anything he wants.
