Vote NO when HR1526 comes to the Senate!! I’m one of your Colorado constituents and a Democratic voter, and I call on you to vote no on this horrible bill. H.R. 1526 limits judges’ ability to block the Trump administration’s unconstitutional actions nationwide. The LAST thing we need is fewer checks on the illegal and unconstitutional things Trump is doing. He’s already ignoring court orders — and Congress needs to deal with THAT immediately! — you certainly shouldn’t be removing even more of the courts’ ability to check presidential abuses of power. Vote NO on any bill of this kind that comes to you and take steps now to stop Trump from his ongoing efforts to break the rule of law.
