Clearly the president is experiencing mental, psychological and physical heath decline. His absurd tactics, ideas and lies have put our citizens at risk. He has compromised our relationship with our allies, leaked top secret information. His manic behaviors are too numerous to list. Congress must act swiftly to invoke the 25th amendment to save not only our citizens, but most other countries as well. He is a sick man, and you all know it. Please act now, before it's too late
