I’m a constituent who lives in Denver. I wrote yesterday and today regarding my extreme distress at the new nearly 1.8B slush fund created by the DOJ ‘in lieu of settlement of Trumps bogus 10 B lawsuit against his IRS. ( for leaks that have in the past been dismissed when suits were brought by others). Now we learn that the DOJ has also agreed that the IRS is forever barred from auditing Trump or his family. How is that even legal? This incredible self dealing and gaslighting of the American people and our institutions has to stop! I demand that Congress assumes its constitutional obligation and acts as a check on the unlawful actions being taken by the executive branch on a nearly daily basis!
