I am writing to share my support for House Bill No. 430 to amend Article V of the Delaware Constitution by requiring that only natural persons be allowed to vote in elections. Corporations and other artificial entities should not have the right to vote in any election. Elections should always be driven by, and focus on, the people. Thank you for your attention.
