A federal judge just voided his $10 billion IRS lawsuit as an illegal act of self-dealing and collusion, finding that Trump, Donald Trump Jr., and Eric Trump "acted in bad faith and for an improper purpose." This isn't a close call — it's a 56-page ruling that lays out exactly how the president abused his office for personal financial gain. The facts are damning. Trump's own DOJ settled the case by agreeing to exempt the plaintiffs from future IRS audits and create a $1.776 billion slush fund that was set to benefit January 6 insurrectionists. Judge Williams found that acting AG Todd Blanche represented both sides of the lawsuit, meaning there was effectively "only one party whose interests were being represented."
