Do not confirm Todd Blanche as the next U.S. Attorney General. Todd Blanche’s new order that he is offering in order to get your approval for your vote, rescinds the May 18 Anti-Weaponization Fund—but quietly leaves the May 19 unprecedented IRS immunity settlement for President Trump, his business and his family in perpetuity intact. Instead of rescinding it, the accompanying memo reaffirms DOJ’s interpretation, arguing the immunity applies retroactively and only to the parties involved. This is an open invitation to unimaginable tax corruption with no legal recourse. Do not vote to confirm Blanche as U.S. Attorney General.
