Published reports indicate Congress has not successfully passed a budget proposal and that government offices remain closed. I fail to understand why you have not simply put a proposal on the floor to fund healthcare subsidies with an up or down vote. Please work to end this shutdown and vote on this most important of legislation today. Thank you for your kind consideration and I look forward to your response and good day.
